The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of technical projects. They will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that project goals are accomplished on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. The Technical Project Manager must possess strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with technical teams to identify project tasks, timelines, and dependencies
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Track and report on project progress to stakeholders and clients
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Ensure that project documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Manage scope changes and ensure that they are properly documented and communicated
- Manage project resources, including personnel, hardware, and software
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards
- Lead project meetings and facilitate decision-making
