RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a General Manager in our Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico facility!

Your Job

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal production, operational efficiency, and profitability. This position demands a results-driven leader with a proven ability to drive transformative changes, optimize profitability, and enhance EBITA through effective turnaround strategies in complex environments. The ideal candidate will have significant P&L responsibility and a background in leading high-performing teams to deliver sustainable financial performance.

What you Will do in Your Role

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing and cost optimization strategies.
• Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Lead turnaround efforts and implement strategies for operational and cultural transformation.
• Identify and execute process improvements to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Build and develop high-performing cross-functional teams across production, quality, and engineering.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Align site operations with corporate goals through strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent product quality and robust control systems.
• Represent the site in the local community and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
