RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as aGeneral Managerin our Irapuato,Guanajuato, Mexico facility!

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal production, operational efficiency, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have significant P&L responsibility and a background in leading high-performing teams to deliver sustainable financial performance.Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals.

Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

Lead turnaround efforts and implement strategies for operational and cultural transformation.

Build and develop high-performing cross-functional teams across production, quality, and engineering.

Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent product quality and robust control systems.

Represent the site in the local community and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.10+ years of experience in manufacturing management with a demonstrated history of success in P&L management, team leadership, and operational improvements

~ Experience leading and executing plant turnarounds or process improvements in a manufacturing setting

~ Experience building and leading high-performance teams, driving a culture of accountability, and fostering employee development

~ Fluent in English and SpanishBachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related STEM degree

Experience managing profit / loss, forecasting, and budget management
