Descripción del trabajoMaster production schedule development. Product availability management. Capacity analysis in molding and production areas. Available to promise (ATP) and on-time to promise (OTP) management. Inventory reconciliation and liability minimization. Buy-backs from contract manufacturers. People management and development plans. Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field. 5+ years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Competitive salary and benefits package. Planning Manager Job Description
The role of a planning manager is to oversee the production planning and inventory management process within an organization.
- Develop master production schedules that take into account capacity, cost, and availability inputs.
- Ensure product availability per inventory plan for all stock-keeping units (SKUs).
- Communicate effectively with global demand planning and business unit leaders.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have experience in inventory management, supply chain optimization, and team leadership.
