Planning Manager Job Description
The role of a planning manager is to oversee the production planning and inventory management process within an organization.
- Develop master production schedules that take into account capacity, cost, and availability inputs.
- Ensure product availability per inventory plan for all stock-keeping units (SKUs).
- Communicate effectively with global demand planning and business unit leaders.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have experience in inventory management, supply chain optimization, and team leadership.

Master production schedule development.Product availability management.Capacity analysis in molding and production areas.Available to promise (ATP) and on-time to promise (OTP) management.Inventory reconciliation and liability minimization.Buy-backs from contract manufacturers.People management and development plans.Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.Requirements :
