Operations Telephony Specialist

Define, develop and implement telephony solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business area by aligning technology capabilities with operational requirements.
Identify and evaluate opportunities and best practices to optimize telephony systems by continuously assessing performance and ensuring alignment with operational goals.
Monitor telephony platform performance to detect and investigate potential issues by analyzing system data and proactively informing Operations of any risks or disruptions.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Strong working knowledge of cloud telephony platforms, including VoIP technologies and IVR systems.
Proficiency in SIP, RTP, QoS, and other VoIP protocols, along with a solid understanding of general telecommunications equipment, is essential.
Understanding of Vonage cloud telephony platform, with the ability to navigate and leverage its components effectively.
Certified network administrator is desirable and will be considered an advantage.
Salesforce Administrator certification or experience is considered a plus.
