We at Coforge are hiring Call Center Representative with the following skillset :
- Handle inbound voice calls with professionalism and customer focus.
- Provide support on the following products and services :
- Credit Cards (including reporting lost / stolen cards)
- Checking & Savings Accounts
- Debit Cards
- Online Accounts & Mobile Banking
- Bill Pay & Mobile Deposits
- Loans & Mortgages
- Other voice-related tasks as mutually agreed upon.
- Inform customers of account status and complete maintenance requests (payments, balance transfers, etc.).
- Assist customers with questions, transactions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Document all interactions in the client’s system with accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
6–9 months of call center experience (BFSI experience preferred).English proficiency : B2+ to C1.Must live within 1.5 hours of the site.Ability to work a 10-hour shift within hours of operation (6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM).Comfortable with schedule : two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch.Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to adapt to client systems, policies, and compliance requirements.Location : Mexico City (on-site)
Schedule : 10-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday (with one weekday off)
Hours of Operation : 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
Experience Required : 6–9 months in a call center environment
English Level : B2+ to C1
