If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and being the right hand to an executive leader, this role is for you.What You'll DoPrepare high-impact executive presentations and reports in English and Spanish.Manage the CEO's calendar and ensure smooth coordination of meetings and commitments.Track KPIs, analyze data, and prepare summaries for decision-making.Review contracts and coordinate with internal teams.Support event planning, travel arrangements, and day-to-day executive operations.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree (Administration, International Relations, Business, or similar).
Advanced English – both written and spoken.Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and communication.Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with executives.Why Join Us?
