Role Summary

We are seeking a talented UI / UX Designer to join our professional services team, specializing in building innovative AI-powered solutions on Amazon Web Services. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex technical capabilities and intuitive user experiences, working closely with our Data Engineering, Data Science, and Development teams to transform sophisticated solutions into accessible, user-friendly interfaces.

You will engage directly with clients to understand their business needs, translate technical requirements into compelling design solutions, and ensure our AI-driven products deliver exceptional user experiences. This position requires someone who can thrive in a technical environment while maintaining a strong user-centered design approach.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery through production deployment for applications
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand business objectives and user needs
• Create comprehensive design documentation including user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries that scale across multiple client projects
