The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Carry out day to day HR Operation, HR employee administration, labor relations, provide support in engagement activities, onboarding process and organizational development as well.

As an HR Generalist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

How you will make an impact

• Support and perpetuates Company’s core values and corporate culture.
• Support on company events.
• Ensure programs and policies are in-line with company goals and culture
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Support developing retention plans and strategies.
• Perform new hire orientations and on-boarding activities.
• Prepare documents and perform work which includes but is not limited to preparing job descriptions.
• Perform reporting activities and maintains accurate records and documentation as required.
• Recommend, design and implement programs that promote and support employee training and development. Ensures programs are aligned with the company objectives and strategic plan.
• Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets management information needs. Primarily responsible for processing all HR paperwork and maintaining accurate and timely data in the HRIS.
• Composes and prepares confidential spreadsheets. Assists with tracking and reporting data and metrics on a monthly basis.
• Assure highest levels of confidentiality.
• Support on termination contract at Mexican Labor Court.
• Create and update employee records.
• Employee movements control.
• Ensure compliance in order with employee handbook.
