As a Tooling Superintendent , you will lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of tooling systems used in the production of high-performance aluminum components for the heavy-duty transportation industry. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and reliability across every stage of the tooling lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and maintenance of molds, dies, and fixtures for aluminum foundry operations.
• Drive tooling improvement projects to enhance process capability and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure dimensional accuracy and performance.
• Oversee supplier relationships for tooling fabrication and repairs, ensuring cost and quality targets are met.
