Descripción del trabajoLead or assist in migrating Classic SharePoint sites to Modern Experience, ensuring feature parity and improved UX. Identify and mitigate common migration challenges , such as custom script compatibility, deprecated features, and user training needs. Identify and remove duplicate data using SharePoint search, PowerShell, or third-party tools. Implement data integrity rules and validations using Power Apps, List settings, or JSON formatting. Customize SharePoint forms using Power Apps , InfoPath (legacy support) , or SharePoint Designer , depending on project requirements and tool availability. Ensure solutions comply with governance policies , especially in environments with custom code restrictions . Use client-side technologies (SPFx, Power Platform) or no-code / low-code alternatives when custom server-side deployment is restricted. Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into functional SharePoint solutions. Conduct workshops, demos, and user training sessions on SharePoint usage, governance, and best practices. 4+ years of hands-on SharePoint experience (on-premises and / or SharePoint Online). Event Receivers , Workflows (Designer, Power Automate) Site Collections , Web Applications , and hierarchy design Strong understanding of Classic vs Modern SharePoint experiences Experience handling custom code limitations through client-side or low-code solutions Experience with Hybrid SharePoint environments Solid understanding of SharePoint data structures , content types , and metadata management Microsoft Certification in SharePoint, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 Experience with third-party migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix) Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive integration Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration Mid-Senior level Contract IT Services and IT Consulting Lead Developer / Power Platform & SharePoint SharePoint Admin / Developer / Remote in Mexico M365 / Copilot / Sharepoint Customer Engineer - Bilingual
Sr SharePoint Consultant / 100% Remote in Mexico
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support SharePoint solutions across both Classic and Modern experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint architecture, workflows, customization, and hybrid deployments. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance SharePoint solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure SharePoint Web Applications , Site Collections , and manage their hierarchy.
- Implement and manage Event Receivers to handle custom logic during item or list-level events (e.g., item added, updated, or deleted).
- Plan and develop custom workflows using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and other tools based on business requirements.
- Configure and optimize hybrid SharePoint environments , integrating on-premises and SharePoint Online features as required.
