With over 4,000 employees supporting 300+ customers worldwide across 19 locations, MHP Management and IT Consulting México launched operations in October and now has a growing team of thirty professionals. Our Guadalajara headquarters offers a modern, flexible hybrid work environment.

Overview

The Finance and Controlling Senior Consultant is expected to perform high-quality project work for our customers, continue to build the SAP S / 4HANA Finance and Controlling capability in North America, and foster its continued growth within our Operations Excellence service unit.

Responsibilities

This role requires a focused and analytical mindset and will require working towards set objectives with a level of autonomy, living a culture of accountability, and taking a hands-on approach to execution. Our customers and the value we offer is central to everything we do. With this in mind, this person will be required to ensure the quality of our services for our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new customers as well as support new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in the consulting industry
• 5+ years of SAP FI / CO experience
• 2+ years of experience in the Automotive or Discrete Manufacturing sector preferred
• SAP S / 4HANA experience preferred
• 1+ full SAP lifecycle implementations
• Strong domain expertise in the business area of Finance & Controlling
• Professional demeanor with a strong customer focus
• Analytical and structured working attitude
