Descripción del trabajo3+ years of experience as a Microsoft Teams Administrator / Engineer in an enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive). Hands-on experience with Teams governance, compliance policies, and security controls. Proficiency in troubleshooting and system administration at scale. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken). Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700 Managing Microsoft Teams, SC-300). Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation. Knowledge of Teams Voice / Phone System. Familiarity with Azure Active Directory administration. Microsoft Teams Administrator / Engineer – Governance & Administration (Full-time, Remote – Nearshore).
Kick off your next career move with Launchpad! We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Teams Administrator / Engineer to manage enterprise collaboration platforms, drive governance, and ensure secure adoption of Microsoft Teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
Start date : ASAP
Contract type : Contractor, long-term, full remote
Work hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 – 16 : 30 PST
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary administrator for Microsoft Teams, ensuring reliable and secure collaboration across the organization.
- Implement and enforce Teams governance policies (naming conventions, lifecycle management, security, compliance) to strengthen structure and security.
- Configure and manage Teams-related settings, permissions, and integrations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot issues and monitor performance using Teams Admin Center, analytics tools, and PowerShell automation.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to define best practices, support adoption, and ensure a seamless user experience.
