Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Languages : Advanced English proficiency required (language test will be administered)
• Experience : 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities :

1. Review invoices to ensure compliance with tax regulations and record them in the system

2. Maintain an up-to-date invoice archive

3. Support compensation accounting processes to ensure timely payments

4. Match invoices with RPI reports and ensure accurate system registration

5. Deliver royalty payments to distributors on schedule and maintain the Royalty GBS invoice archive for audit purposes
