Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Manage end-to-end resource allocation for projects across multiple business units.Collaborate with Delivery Managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition to fulfill staffing requirements.Track resource availability, bench management, and future demand planning.Maintain accurate and updated data in resource management tools and systems.Identify skill gaps and recommend hiring or upskilling initiatives.Generate regular reports and insights on utilization, forecasting, and workforce trends.Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements in all staffing activities.Support continuous improvement initiatives in workforce and capacity management processes.RequirementsTo be successful as a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will need the following qualifications and skills : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field.4+ years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or similar roles (preferably in IT or professional services).
Strong understanding of resource allocation models, demand / supply planning, and utilization metrics.Proficiency in MS Excel and resource management systems (e.g., SAP, Clarity, or similar).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Spanish.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsThe following qualifications are desirable but not required : Experience in IT consulting, outsourcing, or large-scale project environments.Knowledge of global delivery models and onshore / offshore staffing practices.LocationThis is an onsite position at Technology Park, Guadalajara.
