We are looking for a Sales Manager at Mexico City! (On-site)
Are you passionate about driving business growth and leading successful teams? As a Sales Manager, you'll oversee and inspire a dynamic team dedicated to generating revenue and fostering business growth. You will lead efforts in customer success, including onboarding while also managing revenue retention through renewals and upselling. Build strategic client relationships alongside our Sales Director and make a significant impact.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree on business administration, technology IT / Tech / Data / Engineering or related fields
- 5 years proven work experience in a leadership sales role (must)
- 3+ years Sales B2B experience (must)
- 1+ years BPO experience (desirable)
- English Proficiency B2 (must)
- Willingness to commute to our site located in Mexico City
- A passion for customer experience and driving team results
- Experience in operations (BPO) and strategy building
- Excellent Coaching history
- A record of developing and retaining great employees
- Experience maximizing revenue through best practices
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Experience finding solutions as a manager
- Change Management skills
Responsibilities :
Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure data recorded in the CRM is accurate and up-to-dateBe an enabler to remove roadblocks and help team to resolve challenges to support sales opportunitiesMonitor and drive team call time and productivity and conduct weekly performance reviews and weekly coaching sessions with all team membersAnalyze data, performance and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practice for client / specific territoriesStay current on developments in client services and within the market and ensure the team is informed on the latest trends and marketBe a point of escalation for our clients and respond promptly to any issuesMaintain a balanced level of communication with Sales Director and external facing client to ensure strategic client relationship is fostered and developedWork with client contact on reporting and forecastingEnsure team understanding to achieve operating plan targets, sales targets and client performance targets (CPTs)Work with client contact on reporting and forecastingCoordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive FundsReady to elevate your career?
