This is a non-marketing focused role, where you will be working closely with various teams to develop and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and work with cross-functional teams to design and develop product features that meet these needs. (70%)
• Develop long-term product plans, including roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders such as engineering, marketing, clients, and prospects to ensure alignment and success. (20%)
• Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. (10%)

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field, along with 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role in an Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar software application development and / or project management team environment.

2. Proven customer-facing digital subject matter expertise with experience working on small features of software applications.
