Job Title : Production Support Expert
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Production Support Lead.
Job Description :
As a key production support role, you will maintain critical systems. This includes coordinating Disaster Recovery plans with vendors and technical resources, as well as acting as a communication point and L3 engineer with local teams and vendors.
You will also be responsible for maintaining all governance aspects of internal repositories, policies, and disaster recovery processes.
Main Responsibilities :
- Coordinate Disaster Recovery plans, working with vendors, technical resources, and business teams to develop a plan aligned with scheduled Disaster Recovery dates.
- Support annual network certificate renewal activities by coordinating between vendors, network, and business teams.
- Maintain critical Fraud systems, ensuring all governance aspects are met, including internal repositories, policies, and disaster recovery processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
5+ years of support experience, preferably as L2 or L3.3+ years of experience managing Vendors and Third Parties on Production Support, preferably outside of Mexico.2+ years of Java / UNIX software development experience.Experience as a full-stack engineer with ability to leverage Micro-services architecture and define new reusable micro components using latest programming technologies and Java.Benefits :
