About the teamThis role bridges sales, supply chain, and retail operations, transforming insights into action plans that drive sales, optimize inventory, and improve the customer experience at the point of sale.
About the roleThe CPFR Analyst plays a key role in achieving Roku's sales objectives by identifying market opportunities in the streaming player category and maintaining continuous collaboration with retail partners.
Through data collection, analysis, and close alignment with cross-functional teams, the CPFR Analyst ensures product availability that meets consumer demand, staying ahead of competitors through proactive planning.
What you'll be doingDevelop and maintain statistical demand forecasts in collaboration with Key Account Managers, aligning on a consensus forecast to enhance sell-out accuracyMonitor market trends, sales performance, and identify key opportunities to adjust plans as neededTrack customer purchase plans and propose inventory strategies at the point-of-sale level to ensure optimal stock levelsDeliver performance insights and recommendations through the analysis and presentation of KPIs related to sales, inventory health, and supply chain performanceCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) and retail partners to align strategies and improve forecast accuracyDrive monthly FCST sessions, leveraging data insights to enhance forecasting accuracy and decision-making
What we're excited if you haveBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related field7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or CPFR-related rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExcellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skillsHigh proficiency in Excel and data analysis toolsResilient and adaptable in fast-paced, changing environmentsExperience working with large retailers or in the consumer electronics industry is a plusStrong understanding of retail operations and point-of-sale data analysisBilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) preferred
