Senior Security Manager

Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets, facilities, employees, and operations.

Lead security risk assessments, investigations, and crisis management processes across LATAM.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and global security standards.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Compliance, Legal, etc.) to embed a strong security culture.

Manage relationships with government agencies, law enforcement, and external security providers.

Report to senior leadership on regional security risks, incidents, and KPIs.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Security, Criminology, Law Enforcement, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in corporate security, asset protection, or loss prevention, ideally within logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Proven experience leading regional security programs across LATAM.
• Proven experience in logistics and warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, crisis response, and investigative techniques.
• Conversational English required; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
