Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior leadership.

As a Security and Access Solutions Regional Sales Director you will own the growth and delivery of the Latin America region. Your role is to achieve annual operating plan targets through a continuous improvement process that best places the business to achieve high-performance outcomes. You will be responsible for stabilizing processes, implementing a robust operating system, and developing and maintaining executive relationships with the industry and regions of responsibility. You will report to the Building Automation Regional General Manager for LatAm. YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills (8+ years).
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to develop synergy and integration strategies between work teams and business units.
- Deep knowledge of the security and access control technologies market across Latin America.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
