Garment Production Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Garment Production Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and regularly review process documents including PFMEA, process flow diagrams, floor layouts, work instructions, rework instructions, etc. to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collect data at production sites daily, analyze weak links in the manufacturing process, and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Design or select production equipment, fixtures, and station equipment to guarantee that new installations meet safety, ergonomics, and quality requirements.
• Provide technical specifications for equipment and tooling, and participate in supplier certification processes.
• Meet specific client requirements by working efficiently and effectively.
