Overview of the role :
The purpose of the role is to plan, develop, and oversee the Compensation and Benefits processes for all personnel in Mexico through analysis and studies aimed at ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity in salaries and benefits.
Main Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and oversee the Merit Increase process, using globally established tools and policies, in order to ensure internal salary equity based on performance and tabular placement, as well as to provide indicators that support external competitiveness.
- Calculate the annual performance bonuses using globally established tools and policies, to ensure fair variable compensation according to employee performance.
- Plan, design, and provide the Head Count, salary, and benefits budget for personnel, based on metrics established by the Finance department, with the goal of delivering accurate and reliable information for the company’s overall budget.
- Design and propose salary bands through the analysis and interpretation of salary survey results, in order to maintain both internal and external salary competitiveness.
- Participate in salary surveys by providing reliable information on salaries, structures, and benefits to obtain objective data that helps keep our salary structures up to date.
- Provide reliable Human Resources indicators through their analysis and interpretation, with the aim of supporting decision-making by leaders.
- Evaluate job descriptions to assign the correct grade and salary band, in accordance with internal salary structure, equity, and external competitiveness.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration / Human Resources or related field.Advanced English.3+ years of experience performing similar roles.Experienced with Job evaluation using Mercer methodology.Familiarity with some HRIS.We offer :
