Key aspects of this role include : Certification in Employee Central : You must have a certification in Employee Central to excel in this position.End-to-End Implementations : At least three end-to-end implementations in Employee Central are required.Integration / Replication Experience : You should have experience with integration / replication between Employee Central and SAP HR (ECC).

Employee Life Cycle Management Process : A thorough understanding of the Employee Life Cycle Management process is essential.System Configuration and Solution Design : You must be able to transform business requirements into system configuration and create solution designs following best practices.Test Case Preparation and Execution : Test case preparation and execution experience is necessary.Notification Processes : Knowledge of notification processes is also required.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Additionally, they should be able to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
