Role : Business Development Manager (BDM )
Develop professional and business relationships with identified leads across Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Generate and develop new business opportunities by participating in product presentations and closing sales.
Search for, train, and develop both established and new business partners.
Keep the CRM updated with accurate and timely information.
Prepare periodic reports for performance tracking and sales forecasting.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
~Advanced English level (conversational).
~ 30,000 MXN net per month.
Two variable income components : commissions and performance bonuses , both designed to reward results and effort . Schedule : Monday to Thursday from 9 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm , and Friday from 9 : 00 am to 1 : 00 pm .
