We are hiring a Senior Manager / Deputy Director of Procurement & Supply Chain for on-site work in Mexico City.Location : Mexico City | On-site Work ModelSector : Telecommunications / IT / ConstructionAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager of Procurement & Supply Chain to join a growing organization with 18 years of experience in the Telecom and IT sector.

This leadership role is critical for driving operational excellence, supplier performance, and cost optimization across national and regional supply chain activities.

The ideal candidate brings a proactive and analytical mindset, with strong experience in managing complex procurement cycles and end-to-end supply chain processes in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement procurement strategies for Telecom and IT infrastructure categories.Manage vendor sourcing, RFPs, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.Lead supply planning, logistics coordination, and inventory optimization.Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs aligned with corporate goals.Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Project teams to align supply and demand.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.Candidate ProfileBachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields (Master's preferred).
