Remote Revenue Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our internal Sales and Customer Success teams in a fully remote role focused on post-sales operations, campaign execution, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Support : Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery; maintain and update CRM records (Salesforce or similar).
• Team Collaboration : Support sales teams with meeting prep, sales decks, and pipeline activities; consolidate feedback from sales and marketing to improve internal processes.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across teams.

Requirements :

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, sales support, or a related role (internships count); background or interest in digital advertising, media, or technology is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce (or other CRMs), Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace; comfortable preparing reports and managing data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines; analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
