Job Description
Key Activities :
- Lead the creation of long, mid and short term category strategies identifying Category Value Drivers.
- Provide consumer´s evidence based recommendations that are translated into business results.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure brand plans alignment, development & execution for AOP & Strat Plan (3YP).
- To be the guardian of price and assortment strategy by channel and assure correct execution and to find costs optimization opportunities connecting with Supply & Procurement & Manufacturing with commercial business.
- Support the innovation team with the right insights & strategy to ensure an inno pipeline for the long term that strongly builds the brand ambition
Competencies (experiences / Education) :
Proven experience as CPG brand manager or similar role, between 5 to 6 years of experience in Categories and brand development.Extensive experience in understanding consumer insights and the retail environment.Commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles.Knowledge and Experience with P&L and Category Management and Business Case developmentFluent EnglishSkills (Knowledge / Capabilities) :
