Job DescriptionWhat you would do : Manage and implement all systems (SAP, Windchill and MES) and new applications created by MES and developers on the production floor.Implement changes on actual systems in production and other departments Support COE TEAM in Transformation Activities.How you will do it : Conduct SAP and MES usage audits.Fully responsible for maintaining the ERP system updated for all manufacturing / Engineering enrichment fields, Materials, and All parameters needed.Conduct problem analysis of SAP and MES usage and take actions to improve.Generate and maintain KPIs related to SAP and MES usage.Evaluate all current processes at the manufacturing plant to develop standardsCreate Manufacturing BOM'sCreate Manufacturing RoutingsCalculate the cycle times needed for meeting the customer tack timesValidate all manufacturing process to meet the current ergonomic standardsIdentify process improvements and implement those at the proper locationsDevelop proper documentation for people meeting the standard processes.Create standards for routingsFull comprehension of the BOM set up, part numbers, families all ERP set ups needed.Determine critical global businesses capabilities needed to support business objectives and strategies in the supplier scheduling area and define the processes required to enable those capabilities.Responsible to drive standardization of processes enabled by standard IT solutions to achieve business efficiencies and critical business capabilities across BE integrated supply chain.Engage key subject matter experts across the business to ensure defined business processes leverage best practices and meet the true needs of each organization.

Serve as point of contact for assigned business leaders.

Identify and secure approval of key business leaders and stakeholders for business processes and scope of work.Ensure that all ECR are processed on time and properly with in the ERP system.ERP full system set up with all parameters needed.ERP full understanding of the implementation steps.High capacity and experience for problem solving and analytics skills.High comprehension of the ERP modules and transactions.Full understanding of the supply chain logic and methodologic VS ERPExperience working with IT implementing ERP systemsWhat are we looking for : +6 years of experience working on a SAP roleExperience PP and MM moduleEducation : Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Spoken and written English.

Able to carry on a conversation without difficulty.Skills : ERP : SAP (RFC, BAPIs, queries, transactions).
