Job Title : SAP HCM ConsultantJob Description : As a SAP HCM consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Human Capital Management solutions to meet the business needs of our organization.Required Skills and Qualifications : Strong SAP experience with hands-on configuration skills in HR functional area.In-depth knowledge of Mexican Payroll regulations and experience with payroll processing.Excellent organizational management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proven expertise in personnel administration, employee self-service, and manager self-service functionalities.Experience in designing and developing custom HR Fiori applications using front-end design principles and backend service approaches.Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and time management processes.Familiarity with SuccessFactors platform and ability to support its implementation.Ability to build interfaces to support data transfer to and from multiple vendors.Expertise in creating training materials and user guides with excellent communication skills.Proficient in tools like ABAP Query and LSMW with ability to create functional specifications for ABAP developments.Benefits : Our organization offers a competitive compensation package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching program, and generous paid time off.Others : We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
