U.S. Payroll Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage U.S. payroll across multiple entities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in every cycle.
This role will focus on supporting over 1,100 employees across 18 entities, handling both weekly and biweekly payroll.
- Process biweekly and weekly payroll for all U.S. entities.
- Handle payroll-related activities, including bonuses, commissions, terminations, off-cycle payments, and reporting.
- Manage 401K contributions and child support payments.
- Oversee payroll for 18 entities and approximately 1,100 employees.
- Ensure payroll compliance with U.S. regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leaders to resolve payroll inquiries.

2–3 years of experience in U.S. payroll (required).Proven ability to manage high-volume payroll cycles.Process-oriented and compliance-driven, with strong attention to detail.Excellent customer service skills to interact with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.Strong written communication skills; adaptable and receptive to feedback.Tech savvy, quick learner, and comfortable working with new systems.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Benefits :
