A Team Lead is also responsible of solving operational questions from the team, acting as subject matter expert, provide training new members, backing up supervisor, acting as a role model of integrity, customer focus, ownership, teamwork, and inclusion.

Work proactively in getting tracking information before it becomes past due.

Escalate with supervisor if there is a lack of response.

Escalate the situation as needed get a commit date.

May receive some limited guidance for new assignments.

May represent department internally or externally.

Failure to accomplish work or erroneous decisions may result in delays, loss of revenue or allocation of additional resources to remedy.
