Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage the purchasing activities for BIWIN Storage. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics or IT hardware procurement, with a focus on cost optimization and supply chain efficiency. This role is essential in ensuring the timely availability of components and materials needed for our storage products.

Key Responsibilities :

Supplier Management :

Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for components and materials

Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure favorable terms

Purchase Order Processing :

Generate and process purchase orders according to production schedules and inventory requirements

Monitor order status and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

Cost Management :

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to optimize procurement costs

Regularly conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for savings

Inventory Control :

Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels

Monitor stock levels and initiate purchases to prevent shortages or excess inventory

Quality Assurance :

Work with QA department to ensure all purchased materials meet quality standards

Manage non-conformance issues with suppliers

Market Research :

Stay informed about market trends affecting component availability and pricing

Anticipate supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans

Documentation :

Maintain accurate procurement records and update the ERP system

Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in electronics or IT hardware industry

Knowledge of electronic components and storage products preferred

Experience with ERP systems and procurement software

Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
