We are looking for Systems Requirements Engineer Jr :

Intermediate System Requirements Engineer – Infotainment Subsystem

Acts as the key liaison between Design & Release Engineers (DREs) and System Architects , ensuring that technical and regulatory needs are translated into clear, specific, and actionable requirements for the design, development, validation, and release of vehicle electrical and electronic components.

Utilizes Requirements Engineering methodologies to elicit, analyze, document, and maintain system requirements. Experienced in specialized tools such as IBM DOORS for requirements management, IBM Engineering Workflow Management (RTC) for workflow control, and JIRA for issue tracking.

Collaborates closely in system design and development, actively participating in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) . Applies analytical methods such as DFMEA to ensure the quality and reliability of the infotainment system, including the integration of advanced technologies such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto .

Activities :

1. Requirements Definition & Management

• Write, update, and maintain technical requirements for the Infotainment subsystem (and Cabin Thermal & Safety, as applicable) throughout production phases.
• Conduct requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Utilize IBM DOORS for requirements management and traceability.
