We are currently seeking a highly capable  Business Operations & Project Manager for  MT Vision ( — a dynamic and forward-thinking company in the real estate sector. This role goes beyond a traditional management position : the selected candidate will act as a  fractional owner / operator , helping the company improve internal systems, enhance workflows, and drive both strategic and operational outcomes.

Position Overview

This is a multi-faceted leadership role that combines  project management, operations oversight, and business development . The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day initiatives such as posting and promoting land plots but also step into the company’s core operations to design systems, identify gaps, and implement solutions that position MT Vision for long-term success.
