- Establish and monitor ambitious sales targets, ensuring the achievement of annual goals.
- Manage and guarantee excellence in our brand and retail performance across 100+ points of sale, varying in size, format, and dynamics.
- Optimize and implement retail tools.
- Monitor and improve retail indicators.
- Lead and inspire multi-generational teams to maintain motivation and develop talent while delivering results.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer obsession in line with brand values.
- Develop training strategies with the Retail & Education team to elevate service, sales skills, and brand knowledge.
- Implement incentive and recognition programs.
- Ensure consistency and excellence of the customer journey, complying with the Maison’s standards at every touchpoint.
- Implement best practices and new retail concepts to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Operational Excellence & Budget Management
Efficiently manage retail and training budgets, optimizing investments to maximize ROI.Collaborate with other stakeholders and ensure cross-department awareness of impacts on retail and POS teams.Relationships with Clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, negotiating favorable conditions and ensuring brand visibility and positioning.Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze retail indicators for sales, sell-out, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.Use data analysis to make informed decisions and optimize the retail strategy.Profile
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership positions in the commercial area, preferably in luxury retail.Demonstrable experience in managing large sales teams (300+ people).In-depth knowledge of the retail market and consumer behavior.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Result- and service-oriented.Advanced English.Strategic vision & execution excellence.Inspirational leadership & talent development.Customer-centric mindset with luxury retail sensitivity.Strong business acumen & financial management.Agility, adaptability and innovation orientation.Transversal leadership.Seniority level
