The position
Viva is currently searching for a Wellbeing Sr Coordinator. This role will be responsible for designing and leading the execution of the wellbeing strategy from a holistic perspective, ensuring its alignment with the organizational culture and the employee value proposition. It plays a key role in designing and coordinating experiences that promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees, strengthening their engagement and directly contributing to the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Priorities :
- Strategic Execution of the Wellbeing Program
- Employee Experience Design
- Monitoring, Impact Assessment, and Continuous Improvement
- Operational Management and Partnerships
- Management of Psychosocial or Health Risks
- Vendor and Partnership Management
- Defining and Monitoring Wellness KPIs
Requirements and Experience :
3–6 years of experience in the fieldBachelor's degree | Master's or Postgraduate degreeBackground in Wellbeing, Culture, or Human Resources | 5 yearsLeadership in Wellbeing initiatives | 2 yearsProject management experience | 2 yearsExperience in certification processes or corporate recognitions | 2 yearsKnowledge of applicable regulations | 1+ yearsTechnical Knowledge :
