We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveSupply Chain Specialistto manage local suppliers forour power distribution products.

This role involves close coordination with suppliers management, production, and finance to ensure material availability, quality, and timely payments in support of manufacturing operations in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities :

# Develop suppliers resources and execute purchase orders and contracts promptly based on approved requisitions.

# Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery in line with the production schedule.

# Communicate and resolve material quality issues, including handling returns and replacements.

# Prepare procurement payment plans and coordinate with finance for timely and accurate payments.

# Reconcile material receipts and invoices, track supplier billing, and ensure proper financial documentation.

# Monitor material delivery timelines to align with project milestones and production readiness.Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in procurement or supplier development in the power industrypreferred.

Knowledge ofelectrical manufacturing materials, supplier resources, and industry pricing.

Familiar withmanufacturing processes and technical material requirements.

Strong skills incommunication, coordination, and pressure management.

Familiarity with Chinese enterprise work culture

English can be used as a working language
