The Salesperson is responsible for visiting retail clients daily to execute sales, collect payments, deliver products, promote the product portfolio, and ensure proper reporting and settlement with administration. This position operates 100% in the field and plays a key role in achieving sales goals, maintaining product availability, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
1. Sales Execution & Customer Service
Perform sales activities with existing clients.
Promote products from the portfolio and key essential items.
Acquire new clients to expand sales coverage.
Deliver merchandise as requested by customers.
Arrange and display products at client locations.
Remove products nearing expiration.
Ensure achievement of daily and weekly sales goals.
2. Collections & Deposits
Collect payments from retail clients for daily sales.
Make deposits in the designated banking institution.
Provide proof of settlement to administration.
3. Reporting & Administration
Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the administration team.
Record sales using hand-held devices.
Submit cut-off reports and verify any outstanding balances with administration.
Perform weekly sales settlement for accurate accounting.
4. Compliance & Recordkeeping
Follow company policies and procedures (Advanced / Expert knowledge).
Ensure proper documentation of transactions.
Maintain adherence to road safety guidelines while in the field.
Job Requirements
Education
Minimum : Secondary Education
Preferred : High School Diploma
Languages
Spanish (Advanced – reading, writing, speaking)
Experience
Minimum 1 year in a similar sales or route-based role.
