We’re hiring : Senior BDR @ Luca (Estado de México) Luca is building the AI-powered book publisher of the future. We’re reimagining how millions of students across Latin America learn — blending world-class content, smart software with AI, and beautifully crafted physical books into a single learning experience.

Our model is proven and scaling. We’ve grown fast, with deep product adoption and the trust of schools, parents, and students across the region.

We’re now looking for a Senior BDR Manager to help us expand even faster — by opening new relationships, qualifying high-potential leads, and driving top-of-funnel growth across Mexico.

About you :

You bring 6–10 years of experience in software / SaaS sales, ideally in both prospecting and closing roles.

You sell consultatively — with insight, relevance, and trust.

You’ve consistently been a top performer :

You’ve hit and exceeded quota across multiple cycles.

You can point to hard numbers, rankings, and references that prove it.

You are proactive, self-managing, and driven — the kind of person who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.

You communicate with clarity and polish, and can represent Luca credibly to senior stakeholders.

You’re energized by the challenge of building and hunting — not just following a playbook.

Bonus : you’ve worked with or inside startups with international culture, pace, or expectations, even if based in Mexico.

What you’ll do :

Own top-of-funnel sales : qualifying, advancing, and building relationships with schools and school groups across Mexico.

Work leads provided by our outbound team, and also source your own pipeline through referrals, cold outreach, and field relationships.

Be responsible for meeting quota and reporting weekly on pipeline KPIs.

Serve as one of Luca’s first commercial touchpoints — delivering credibility, trust, and value from the first meeting.

Feed insights from the field back to our product, growth, and ops teams.

Potential to help mentor or manage junior BDRs as the team grows.

Travel to meet schools across CDMX and EDOMEX and get them onboard!

Requirements :

~6–10 years of experience in software / SaaS sales.

~ Track record of quota attainment and top-tier performance.

~ Experience with consultative, high-value selling.

~ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

~ Driver’s license and access to a car; open to frequent travel within Mexico by car or plane.
