AP – CREDIT CARD ADMINISTRATOR

Office based  -  Mexico - (Mexico City only)

We are currently seeking a Credit Card Administrator to join our Accounts Payable (AP) dynamic team. As a Credit Card Administrator at ICON, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of ICON credit card program in compliance with SOX & local policies.

What you will be doing :

Setting up credit cards

Updating employee file

Reviewing accounts

Downloading statements

Recording and creating invoices

Reconciliations

Assist in Month End Close process - accruals

Resolution of issues

Participation in AP re-engineering projects as needed

You will need : Finance Experience

3-5  years of working experience in Accounts Payable

Advanced English for Write / Read / and Talk is a must.

Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Good Accounting System Knowledge (Oracle Financial an advantage)

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service.

Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines with a high volume of transactions.

Attention to detail and good organization skills

Ability to work on Own & as a Team player.
