📍 Role : Finance Manager – Conservation

Are you experienced in leading financial strategies, driving cost optimization, and managing CAPEX / OPEX initiatives? This role could be a great fit for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the forecasting of conservation accounts (remodeling, maintenance, insurance claims).
• Design and implement cost efficiency strategies to improve operational KPIs and profitability.
• Monitor implemented initiatives, track benefits, and partner closely with operations to drive results.
• Analyze spending to identify new savings opportunities and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Consolidate and align the long-range CAPEX plan , ensuring investment prioritization based on business objectives.

📌 We’re looking for :

📈 Target KPIs : ≥98% forecast accuracy, 100% AOP alignment, effective execution of CAPEX and cost-saving initiatives contributing to the P&L.
