Business Development Manager

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned it and communications company, we are looking for Business Development Manager talents.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Lead / Assist in completing market analysis and planning for target company Cloud Business Breakthrough, develop sales strategies, and support the achievement of sales targets.

2. Identify and evaluate emerging trends and technologies to uncover potential breakthrough opportunities.

3. Develop and champion innovative strategies that challenge the status quo and create significant competitive advantage.

4. As the project Owner, have the capability of project operation and ensure project implementation.

5. Cooperation with peripheral teams : Assist the partner team in building an ecosystem map and help the solution team gain insight into customers' business pain points. Develop metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure the impact of breakthrough initiatives.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years’ experience in IT, Software or cloud sales projects as an account manager is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Experience in consulting pre-sales activities
• Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Contract and commercial terms negotiation skills.
