As the Verdant by Copeland Director of Business Development or "Market Maker" in Latin America, you will play a pivotal role in introducing our products to new markets across the region.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop market penetration, establish and strengthen reseller partnerships, build and lead a local team, and drive pilot installations to accelerate sales.
As a key member of Verdant by Copeland International Expansion Team, you will combine your entrepreneurial experience, sales expertise, and understanding of the Latin American business landscape to ensure the successful growth of our solutions.
You will also work closely with Copeland's Latin American organization to understand their structure, build alignment, and leverage existing resources to accelerate growth in the region.

Remote Work Arrangement
This role is fully remote. As a remote colleague, you may be required to travel to a Copeland site regularly to collaborate with your team or customers as needed.
