The Customer Support Engineer is evaluated and reports directly to the account engine owner leader of each program, therefore reports functionally to the Customer Support Manager.
The OJT and Objectives revision must be done twice a year under the same scheme as for the engine owners.
The objectives evaluation will be done by the EO leader of the program to which is assigned.
GPEC and OJT are to be designed specifically for this new position and their development career path is based as follows : Customer Support Engineer (Jr.) Customer Support Engineer advanced (Sr.) Option to eventually be appointed as EO.Ingeniero Aeronautico / Industrial / LAE o afin
