Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Human Capital Management Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring SAP HCM modules, providing implementation and support for projects, and handling end-to-end payroll processes.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, OM, Time, and Mexican Payroll to meet client requirements.Provide hands-on implementation and support for SAP HCM projects, including roll-outs for global entities.Handle end-to-end payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculations, taxes, garnishments, and year-end activities.Required Skills and QualificationsDegree in Human Resources or related field.Proven experience in SAP HCM configuration and implementation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.BenefitsCollaborative and dynamic work environment.OthersThis is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability.
