We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to support our network infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with basic networking, including Cisco routing and switching, and wireless technologies.
• Coordinate technical activities related to network deployments, ensuring successful configurations and installations.
• Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact during scheduled maintenance windows, primarily on weekends.
• Support the installation and troubleshooting of Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points, collaborating closely with vendors and internal teams.
• Assist in basic configuration and validation of network equipment under engineering guidance.
• Track and report on site readiness, installation progress, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
• Document deployment steps, configurations, and results accurately for future reference.
• Evaluate issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.
