The Opportunity

As an Application Virtualization Senior Engineer, you will be designing and implementing a scalable Application Virtualization platform, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and contributing to the platform architecture roadmap while ensuring environment provisioning and performance planning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable, reliable Application Virtualization platform, working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Serve as a technical expert for Citrix Cloud DaaS administration, operations, and all application environment‑related elements.
• Contribute to the platform architecture roadmap in partnership with the platform owner, product manager, and architecture leads.
• Work with infrastructure, network, and security teams to provision environments, configure services, and perform capacity and performance planning.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, recommending system enhancements to improve troubleshooting and minimize manual processes.
• Collaborate with SCCM or similar deployment tools to package, distribute, and maintain application installations seamlessly.
• Optimize application packages for efficient deployment and effective performance in Citrix virtualized environments.
• Conduct Level 3 platform support, maintenance, and issue resolution activities.
• Develop and maintain application documentation aligned with Takeda Quality Systems and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
