Key Responsibilities :

The Director, LATAM Sourcing will be based in Mexico City and report to the VP, Sourcing located in the USA. The Director will oversee all Direct and Indirect Sourcing categories within LATAM, including but not limited to Resin, Metal, Packaging, Marketing Services, Facility Services, MRO, and Transportation.

• Partner with local leadership, departments, and facilities, while coordinating sourcing strategies with US counterparts to ensure full strategic alignment and leveraging economies of scale.
• Develop and implement strategies that support regional growth aspirations and deliver industry leading productivity, lead time, service, and payment terms.
• Provide guidance, support, and leadership as they motivate and develop a team of sourcing professionals.
• Required Skills and Qualifications :

15+ years of relevant sourcing experience required. Strong leadership and communication skills, strong analytic and decision-making skills, conflict management / resolution experience, superior negotiation skills, ability to influence others, demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously, excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills, bilingual communication (Spanish & English), strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point, ability to work in a matrix organization, ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, results driven.

• Other Information :

Closing collaboration with LATAM GM's and cross functional business partners to ensure delivery of annual objectives. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sourcing or related field is required. Ability to Travel (20-30%).
