Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy and Route-to-Market model across all categories.
- Set annual commercial objectives and ensure alignment with growth and expansion plans.
- Lead a customer-centric sales organization, ensuring operational excellence across channels.
- Drive profitability, brand growth, distribution, and market penetration for all brands.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key strategic accounts and partners.
- Implement commercial best practices to ensure portfolio performance and product availability.
